In the true spirit of Ubuntu and giving back, George Golf Club proudly celebrated Nelson Mandela Day on Friday, 18 July 2025 with two meaningful initiatives aimed at uplifting both people and animals in need.

I would like to start off by congratulating our very own Ivan Williams on some very impressive golf over the last weekend where he won the Kingswood Senior Open by 10 shots and then followed that up with victory in the Southern Cape Senior Open at George on Monday and Tuesday where he won by 7 shots.
